Our team accompanies you every day in organizing your next cycling holidays. We want to share our passion for two-wheeled travel and help you design the circuit of your dreams. We are driven by the sharing of our experiences and discoveries. But also by the pleasure of chatting about your past and future adventures!
At Abicyclette®, each stay is personalized because we believe that a trip is a unique moment, which is shared but cannot be duplicated identically.
Cyclist friends, bicycle tourists, bicycle travelers, you have a holiday project, our agency is at your service and ready to listen to accompany you in its design. On most of our travels, you will meet one of our local guides upon your arrival on your first accommodation. This meeting is very important for us because it is a privileged moment to share with you our last advices before the big departure on bike. Where to eat, what to visit, what to avoid or not to miss, our guide will give you his favorite spots! It is he who hands you the bikes, the GPS and the latest navigation or planning documents. You can ask him any questions you have left to travel worry-free. If you bring your own pedals or your beautiful Brooks saddle that accompanies you for years on all your travels, our guide will help you to install them on our bikes!

Bicycles

Our bike travel agency is also a bike rental agency. Cyclists and bike lovers, we like clean, light and efficient mechanics. A good bike is not necessarily a good trip. But a bad one can make the bike travel experience a disaster. That's why we select high-end equipment that offers comfort, performance, sturdiness and lightness. Our bicycles are examined after each ride to ensure the greatest safety. In case of any problem, a 24 hour assistance allows you to benefit from a replacement as soon as possible.

Our itineraries

We build our itineraries so that we can adapt them to your level. We select small roads, towpaths along canals, trails or large paths designed for safe cycling, away from traffic.
The GPS tool that we put at your disposal on all freedom offers allows you to travel without difficulty routes that may have many intersections. We no longer publish a road-book, difficult to read, which often suffers from lack of updates. We provide a modern tool that allows everyone to find their way easily and quickly.

Assistance and troubleshooting

Travelling with a travel agency also means having a 24/7 helpdesk. We have created an emergency number ready to listen throughout your stay. Need assistance, help or advice, our team continues to accompany you remotely along your trip.
In case of bad weather, we are at your service. If the weather is bad and you can’t wait until the downpour passes, you don’t feel like facing the bad conditions or that these are dangerous, contact us! We find a way to safely transport you to the next stage. Only the carrier's costs are to be paid directly to the driver. The planning of these services are provided free of charge.

To travel with Abicyclette® is to travel with craftspeople. All our tours in France are homemade. There is no intermediary, it is the guarantee of the best price and a direct link between you, the service providers (accommodation, bike rental, carriers ...) and us. We build our travels according to strict specifications which allow us to offer you the same level of services between all the destinations. Building trips is the heart of our business. It is as craftspeople that we have the passion to share with you the most beautiful riches of the regions we travel.
Outside of France's borders, we use local specialists. This point is very important for us because it ensures a good knowledge of the service providers, a proximity to the territory and the good understanding of the stakes and customs of the countries crossed. We try to offer you as often as possible a reception and assistance in English on site, a reception in English is guaranteed. Our 24 hour assistance in English remains accessible from abroad. Even if we do not directly develop the planning of this trip, we make sure during the creation process, that it respects our specifications in terms quality and services available. Thus, you participate in the economy of the territory by working with a local business. We limit our commissions to 15% maximum of the total amount of the stay for a respectful transaction with the service providers.

Founded in 2010, the travel agency Abicyclette® is in its growth, only still a child! Every year, you are several hundred people who trust us to organize your holidays and weekends by bike. We thank you and we are very happy to see you back each year with a new project to build together. Your trust and loyalty is the greatest reward for our work and the engine of our passion.
